VMG8924-B10A Wireless Problem

I recently received this device when I changed ISP.
  1. The first device worked OK for a few days, and then lost all wireless communication. After rebooting, all of our wireless worked again with no change to the phone, table and printer.
  2. The ISP replaced the device. I reconfigured it using a backup from the original VMG8924. Everything worked.
  3. Now, none of the wireless devices can communicate.
Does anybody have any ideas?
