It will not turn on when plugged in. I have tried turning on and off and no lights turn on. I have tried resetting the extender and it still will not work. I have tried doing this in multiple power sockets. Any tips on fixing this or do I need to buy a new extender?

Hi @Ruuff
Do you mean the light didn't light when you plugged in power sockets and power on?
I think you got the hardware problem because you had tried multiple power socket and no success, you many need RMA, but if your PLA4231 is out of warranty, then you would need to buy a new one..0
