Cant see my 5G spot on NBG6604

Hello,
I bought this router and did all the setup. I see my 2,4Ghz band on list, but my 5Ghz band wont show on list although i can configure it. I checked if my device supports it and it does, also I updated drivers.

    Here are some questions wants to confirm with you.

    What is 5Ghz channel? Do you enable 5Ghz?

    What is the model name of your device? Do you try to use another device which supports 5Ghz?

    May I know do you try to reset NBG6604? Is it still get the same problem?
