Impossibile accedere 192.168.1.1 WiFi con VMG8823 Infostrada

Nuovo del forum ringrazio in anticipo chi potrà aiutarmi.
Ho ricevuto ieri questo modem e non ho problemi nella connessione internet, il problema che ho é l'impossibiltà di accedere al router (192.168.1.1) con il WiFi.
Con il cavo ethernet non c'é alcun problema, ma se provo via WiFi sembra di essere tornati a Windows 95 ed alla sua clessidra, ed alla fine la pagina non si apre.
Purtroppo l'assistenza Infostrada non brilla per competenza ed io vorrei risolvere il problema senza dover usare per forza un cavo LAN.

    Hi gipeto,

    It means internet connection from wifi client and access to 192.168.1.1 from lan port are no problem, right? 
    Can you please help to share your browser version and screenshots?

    I apologize for the delay to reply.
    I can access the modem (192.168.1.1) only with the ethernet cable.
    With WiFi it is impossible, the page (192.168.1.1) is not loaded.
    I tried with Firefox 56, IE, Chrome and Opera.
    Which screenshots would be useful?
