VMG4825-port forwarding

I've setup port forwarding for port 8080 but can't get through the router. I've set the Firewall to it's lowest security level but still not able to get through the router. I'm setting up a DDNS via No-IP and using their port forwarding verification tool to verify whether or not the port is open and it states it is not open. My ADSL carrier is Consolidated Communications.

Hi RED40
I also use VMG4825 with Port Forwarding for my server at home, it works always fine to me.
But I use static PPPoE IP, not DDNS.
I seems more like related to the DDNS, I suggest you check if DDNS or NO-IP server work correctly or not.
You can simply setup DDNS without Port Forwarding and see if you can access VMG4825's login page remotely to see id NP-IP DDNS works or not.0 -
Hi RED40
I also tried to register an account on NO-IP DDNS server, set my VMG4825 to dynamic PPPoE IP and set my VMG4825's DDNS with DDNS NO-IP.
I can access successfully to my home server(also use port 8080) with my DDNS domain name via PPPoE dynamic IP.
