AMG1302-T11C Firmware Update Issue

Good Day Everyone
I have an issue updating the firmware on my AMG1302 Router. When i select the updated firmware file and click upload, nothing happens. The router restarts but the firmware version remains the same. i have downloaded the official firmware from the Zyxel site and also tried multiple different browsers but there is no guide on how to correctly update the firmware.
Any help please?

Hi Stroes,
What’s your current firmware version?
Have you tried to clean the browser cache or use the incognito window?
