VMG3925-B10B - 2.4GHZ Channels Missing

Hi,

I have a VMG3925-B10B and the WiFi performance of this device is pretty poor to say the least. However, I have tried manually adjusting the 2.4Ghz channels and discovered that you can only select channels 1-9, there is no option for 10, 11, 12, and 13. I wanted to select channel 11 but I can't.

Please can somebody advise?

    Hi steveoelliott,

    May I have your firmware version?

    You may need to modify wireless bandwidth from 20MHz/40MHz to 20MHz, then you can find the channel option 10 ~13.
