Anyone know how to fix ZON Utility

I've installed ZON Utility to try and get access to my switch as updated my network, but when I install and try to run ZON I get an error message, even though my network adapter is connected and working (I used my pc to download the app and post this message)



So anyone got any ideas on how to resolve this issue

I'm running Windows 10 Pro version 1803 build 17134.345

    fixed it, you need to go into the program files(x86), zyxel, zyxel one network utility, preinstall folder and then run winpcap_4_1_3.exe and let that install, it then works
