How to access a shared USB key on the network that is not seen by the PC (Win 10 or Linux)?

Hello, I have a zyxel Home & lifeHub modem with which I can not share a USB key on the network. I have enabled the options on the menu but when I look for this resource with the PC file manager (Windows 10 or Linux MInt 19 with the same result) I can not display neither the modem, nor the flash drive, nor any shared folder.
