VMG3925-B10B with Cellular backup

Hello,

I have a Zyxel VMG3925-B10B router and I am trying to set a Cellular backup. I didn't find the field to set the connection in "Nail-Up" mode as explained in the manual (figure 25)

I have the Huawei E3372 LTE modem. The backup connection is working from time to time but not regularly.

Do you know how to set this up correctly so the backup connection is used each time as a failover solution?

  Hi Zuza,

  What’s your VMG3925-B10B firmware version?

  You want to set up a backup connection on Cellular? Can I assume that’s a second connection on VMG3925?

  What’s your primarily WAN connection?
