Zywall USG 20W non-responsive

Hi, my Zywall USG 20W  stopped working.   Administrative access via web is not responsive.  Hard reset does not reset the device.  Trying to connect via RJ45 over serial I get:
ýFLASH: AMD 16M

BootModule Version: V1.14 | 07/09/2010 11:00:00
DRAM: Size = 256 Mbytes
 FAN error

Any idea what may be going on or what to do next?

    From the error seeing, looks you need to repair your device. Does it just happen suddenly?
