Please use the hardware reset button of NWA1123-ACv2 as below screenshot or ZON utility to reset it to the default.- Press the RESET button and hold it until the Power LED begins to blink. (This usually takes about ten seconds.)
- Release the RESET button, and wait for the AP to restart.
And then you should be able to access the AP using the default settings.Or did the AP register by NCC cloud management before?
BTW, NWA 1000 series AP models include NWA1123-ACv2 , NWA1123AC-HD and NWA1123-AC-pro AP products are classified in another enterprise businessforum as below link:
