how to restrict users with usg210 next-gen from downloading  big files??  for example i want to set a rule 
to restrict users not to downloading files exceeding 10MB in size.

    Regarding to your request, to restrict downloading files not exceeding 10MB in size. The device does not support it so far. 
    Therefore, I would like to move this thread to ideas section.

    I would like to share a knowledge that USG Series support BWM which can limit the downloading and upload speed for each clients. The follow steps as your reference.

    Go to BWM and enable it>Create the profile> Select Per-Source-IP(BWM Type) and choose the address object (Client located)on source field> Configure 10000 kbps on Inbound section.

    The current ZyWALL/USG design is to limit the network speed/throughput.

    We do not have the plan to implement “file size limitation” function in near further.
