WAH7608 Installing the software via serial port

Hi,

I have a LTE router Zyxel WAH7608.
A few days ago, my device suddenly went off and did not turn on when I tried to switch it on again. "Zyxel" appears on the screen, but does not open later. When I connect the device to the computer and hold down the reset button, it is connected to the serial port. I think there's a software problem on the device. How to update the software via serial port?
