Hi @Gilad
Could you provide tech support to us so we can check it?
If you have a privacy concern, you can PM me the tech support.
You can download tech support on Maintenance > Configuration > Content > Tech Support
About the attached graph, may I know is it a monitor software?
Thanks for your cooperation
Best regards,

Can't post this file, it contain too much private infomation about the network...
attached is another graph from today, I'm using SNMP and LibreNMS software to monitor the memory usage.
The switch restarted itself on Friday evening, if it happens again I'll just downgrade the firmware back to version 2.50.0 -
Hi @Gilad
May I know what OIDs you are polling and the polling interval?
Also, may I know if you could provide the information of "Process Memory" in the tech support to us so we can check it?
Thanks
Best regards,
Zyxel_Derrick0 -
No sure which OID it's using, I'll try to find out.

Hi @Gilad
We would like to reproduce the issue
Therefore, besides the OIDS you are polling, we would like to ask again that could you provide tech support to us by "private message" so we can try to find out the root cause?
Or, could you remove the private part and send the tech support to us by "private message"?
Thanks
Best regards,
Zyxel_Derrick0 -
Hi Derrick, I sent you the tech-support file by private message.0

Hi @Gilad

We will try to reproduce the issue and if there is any update will let you know asap

CPU and memory usage in the last 3 days. Seems like the GS1900-24E SNMP process can't even return the values... I wanted to generate another tech-support file, but I can't even access the web GUI. Going back to firmware version 2.50.0
