secuextender does not install

hello, I have a problem with the installation of secuextender, I get the error "Service ZyWall SecuExtender Helper failed to start" pc windows 7 64 bit. thanks

    It seems you need to install secuextender by administrator privilege.(click right mouse button->Install it by administrator) Also, please update your windows to the latest release.
    what version of windows 7 are you using?(Windows 7 Starter,Home Basic, Home Premium,Professional,Enterprise, or Ultimate)

    the verison is windows 7 pro 64bit, I already tried with runa as administrator, in the event viewer appear errors 7000 and 7009

    Can you check the status of Secuextender (click Icon)on Network adapters. If the message showing "this device does not working", please screenshot the message to me.

    Also, Start the secuExtender helper manually on Service page.
