I have an issue where i have a wifi connection for the internet yet on the router both internet and dsl
are both not working i am using my data to go online and this is an issue we had someone come over an install an open reach c5 master socket after using sky Q broadband and before this the internet connection was red but now both dsl and internet are down

Hi,
From my experience with the VMG1312-B10D, if the Internet LED is Red then PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE) for VDSL Superfast Broadband or PPP over ATM for ADSL Broadband is not working.
If the DSL LED is Red then ADSL or VDSL is also not working.

You need some help from an Internet Service Provider who will support you in using this device.
- for example https://www.suffolkonline.net/ who I use, and they use https://www.thephone.coop/
