Content Filter - fw: V4.60

My solution:

I had same problem on FLEX200,USG40W and ATP500, all with fw.4.60.

I did this steps for repair.

1. backup "startup-config" configuration

2. delete all configuration files

4. reset device to default /via button on device/

4. upload configuration- backup from step no.1

After completing these steps, the content filter started working properly.

In the following days, I want to apply these steps to the other two ATP500 devices.

After I will give you feedback.

I am trying to solve this problem for a few days with

Mr Jan Zelman (Zyxel Support Campus EMEA).

He told me today, that his other customer has the same problem.

And that this is probably a bug in the FW4.60.

If the content filter will work after performing the above steps for it as well. He will then contact HQ department about this error.

Thanks for share your explain of it.

We have addressed this issue, and it fix it the future release.

We also noticed many problems with 4.60 and we had to rollback to 4.39.
