    Dear @Konstanta

    What is your network topology? Could you provide it to us?

    How do you install your Armor G5, using web GUI or using the app?

    If the 10G is not connected to the device will the symptom still occur?

    Have you ever tried to reset the device? 

    After reset to default, does the symptoms still exists?

    1 cable from provider and pc
    2 first app Android ,     after web GUI
    3 Yes
    4-5 does not reaction to reset.

    Try without 10g using 1 yellow gbit

    Я все перепробовал . Worked in the evening - almost no load , then lit up red - flashes blue after restarting

    Dear @Konstanta,

    May I know what do you mean  "Worked in the evening - almost no load , then lit up red - flashes blue after restarting"?

    What model of the transceiver are you using?
    What is the topology at the time?
    When doing the reset, could the Armor G5 get an orange LED after resetting it?
    After reset, does the device still keep rebooting?
    If the device works fine after reset, are you able to access the web gui?

    "reset" button doesn't affect on work.

    The power supply unit is working, it outputs 19 volts
