Hi, I purchased a license bundle for my USG1100 but upon linking service to the device it says no compatible device.

Where from did you purchase the license bundle for your USG1100?
You can share the USG1100 device serial no and linked account in private upon asking by any of the zyxel staff for checking...1 -

Before you link the license to USG1100, make sure USG1100 is upgraded to 4.60(AAPK.1) and later versions.
If there is still a problem, please send the mac address and license key information to me via private message for further assistance.
