Doesn't work USG20W-VPN with ZyXEL SFP-SX-D 1000BaseSX SFP Module

Hi

Just bought USG20W-VPN with ZyXEL SFP-SX-D 1000BaseSX SFP Module but the problem is - firewall doesn't recognize transceiver, light for SFP (Port 2 WAN) is off. Do you know any tips and trick to get this working or activate?

    Hi @Wojo,
    We test the SFP module on USG20W-VPN, it works fine without any issue.
    BTW, the SFP port is on port 1, the led light on port 1 should be on when you connect to other device, instead of Port2.

    Yes, sorry my typo - port nr 1 SFP, port 2 WAN is ok.
    Cannot get SFP transceiver working. Theoretically if I connect transceiver only without the fiber, should I expect any light activity? Asking because I'm trying to rule out issue with non compatible fiber connection or transceiver/ firewall faulty.

    Hi @Wojo,
    There is no light activity if it only connect transceiver without the fiber to other device.
