IGMP Issue with USG FLEX 200

Hi all,
I bought the new USG Flex 200. I have done a upgrade from a USG60W. So far I was able to take over the configuration and so far it works very well.
Only one thing which is not working is Live-TV behind the FW. I configured the the IGMP Settings according the Manuel which was provided by Studerus Switzerland.
Reply is working fine the issue is for Live-TV during a channel change. For few seconds after changing the TV-channel I have green pixel/frames and then it is working fine.
If I'm using a other FW like Pfsense with exactly the same setup or in other words using the same infrastructure I have no issues. I know it is nothing which is really important I can connect the STP directly to the ISP router but it is not my favorite setup.
Any good idea I rally would appreciate.

welcome in our Forum.
Nice to see you upgrade your hardware to next generation firewall.
It seems the issue could be located to Switzerland market and or ISP. And config is dedicated for that.
May you are fine, I convert your concern into a Support Ticket and assign this to Studerus Team?
I´m pretty sure, they have the right tips and tricks to help you out.

thanks for your answer.
I had already a open ticket with the Studerus Team, but all the tips they provided didn't help to solve the issue. I suggest then to close the ticket as it is nothing that is really urgent.
But it would be anyway good if we can solve that issue and i'm happy to help here with remote session etc.
