  Regarding your question, I will suggest the following two switches for you:
  
  

  1. XGS4600 is a Layer 3 stackable switch contains Gigabit ports and 4 10-Gigabit ports, 
  2. XS3800 is also a Layer 3 stackable switch includes 16 10-Gibabit SFP+, 8 Multi-Gigabit combo ports, and 4 pure RJ45 ports(100M/1G/2.5G/5G/10G).
