Recently we've replaced our USG110 with an identical model. In the meantime the the security services (IDP AV Content etc) of the replaced device are running out. Now we're receiving a daily notification by email from myZyxel that the licences have been run out and we should renew them. How could we switch off the annoying notifications? We don't wanna unsubscribe this notification in general since the other USG is still running with valid licences.

    Was a little bit difficult to find, but finally I found it indeed. Thanks for the hint. Will see whether it stops the notification.

    Unfortunately we receive the warning message again this night. The only difference - now the subject is written in german anguage while the content is still in english. =)
    I'm going to login into myZyxel again to countercheck the state of the replaced USG.

    The entire myZyxel deashboard should be renewed / overhauled. Partly the navigation is not very intuitive.

    Over the weekend just received 3 expiration warnings again. This is annoying.
    Just checked the warn settings. For all connected services of the switched-off USG the HIDE checkbox is activated. But it seems this caused nothing. How can I stop it?

    Now, after several days, the notification has stopped. Don't now why? We didn't make anything else. Seems, the notification service needs some time to discover and implement changed user settings.

    Hi @USG_User,

    Currently we can't disable notification mails for devices.

    E-mail notifications was designed for services, not for devices.

    Notification mails sends aggregated to an account for the devices that registered for this account.

    Here's how myZyxel.com notification e-mails send to customers;

    1- When a license 60/30/14/7/1/0 day(s) left to expire it sends 1 e-mail.

    2- After licenses expired there is 15 days grace period;

    2.a - First week of 15 days grace period, every two days it sends one e-mail.

    2.b - Second week of 15 days grace period, it sends one e-mail a day.

    Unfortunately users can't unsubscribe for a device's notifications. Users can either subscribe or unsubscribe for all services.

    Best regards.

    Hi Can,

    Thanks for clarification.
    But users (or service subscibers) should have an opportunity to enable or disable such notifications for the single services.
    Like us, when owning two USG devices, where the services are managed via only one myZyxel account, receiving expire notifications also for devices which are switched-off in the meantime.
    Fortunately the notifications have been terminated automatically after the 14 day grace period.

    Hi @USG_User,

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Currently we don’t have plan for changing MZC’s daily notifications.

    Disabling notifications for single services might cause customer to forget to renew their security services. Please consider daily notifications as kindly reminder for better customer experience.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards.
