USG110 - problem check AV signatures

Hello,
from 29.3.2021 our USG 110 stop update AV Signatures. When i check manually : "AV signature download has failed. (failed) at Tue Apr 6 12:21:29 2021"
same manual check GeoIP database : "Geo-IP country database version 20210406 download has failed. (failed) at Tue Apr 6 12:28:58 2021".

IDP updates succesfully. Until 29.3.2021 updates running normal.
Anti-Virus Signature Service Activated Expiration : 2022-4-28
Latest FW V4.62(AAPH.0)ITS-WK08-r98489

    I have the same error, I think they will soon solve the problem.

    The AV signature update is working.It looks like there was a problem with the cloud base.

    Today I can update AV+IDP signatures. GeoIP still get message "Geo-IP country database version 20210406 download has failed. (failed) at Wed Apr 7 11:33:34 2021" ...

    Same problem on all ATP and USG, help!!!

    We too have this problem on all our devices.

    This is bad since we have Geo-Blocks in place that block wrong IPs because the update is not working.

    ZyXEL must be aware of this. It would be nice if they would provide at least a "Yes we know" message here ...

    Yeah now is running update without problem... Any Zyxel reactions WHY is more than SEVEN days does not AV + GeoIP updates running normally ?

    It wasn’t working for short time because of the server maintenance.
