XGS1210-12 is overheating

The switch has default settings, no VLANs, etc..
All 1Gb ports are connected.
In the absence of strong activity, the switch is overheating (55-70 degrees over the entire surface)
What to do?

    In our spec. when the environment temperature is 40°c the switch cover temperature can reach to 67°c -/+ (when full loaded) 70 is still in the buffer however, did you stack the devices or installed it in the place where is lack of airflow?

    I have to install the 2 fans to reduce my swith temperature.
