I am unable to renew my services due to the renewal process being too difficult to understand. I know my equipment's serial number, mac id, etc., but the services to renew are no where to be found

Hi @NakedClean,
Please kindly follow the following steps:
1- Login to your account via myZyxel (https://accounts.myzyxel.com/users/sign_in)
2- On the upper right Applications > Marketplace
3- Choose the device you want to renew it’s licenses and click Next.
4- Add to Cart , Confirm Order and Checkout.
5- After purchasing is successful, in device’s Web GUI click on Configuration > Licensing > Registration > Service > Service License Refresh button.
