Hi Community,
Since a few months, my wifi devices are disconnected untimely from my local AP.
Below and as an attachment, the log for station: 60:6c:66:d6:b2:f8.
The logs do not allow me to find the problem and I do not take what is happening.

Thanks for your help

    Hi @Didierfon

It means the authentication is not successful. It might be caused packet lost or radius no response during the authentication process.

There are only 2.4GHz using channel 11 in the logs. Usually, radio 2.4GHz is shared with other non-Wi-Fi signal and only has 3 non-overlapping channels which may generate interference.

We suggest to setup an SSID services in radio 5GHz to have better performance if the clients have capability using 5GHz.

    Regards,

    Bella

    Hi Bella,
I don't have a radius and probably this dysfunction is related to interference.
Unfortunately, the devices in question do not support 5Ghz and the ether is very crowded and it is difficult to find a better channel :-( but I will try anyway.

    Thanks for your answer.

    Hi @Didierfon,

    Thanks for your feedback.

You can also use DCS to let AP auto select better channel to provide service.

Or use signal analysis tool like inSSIDer to scan the environment then choose a less-used channel.

Hope it can help you resolve the problem.

    Regards,

    Bella
