Can you share some information with us;
1- What’s the device model and firmware version?
2- When did you start experiencing this issue?
3- Did you correctly configure PayPal settings for UAG?

1- the devices model are uag 2100 and uag 4100 with the latest firmware version available on the zyxel website
2- I start experiencing this issue in october -november 2020, I don't remember exactly
3- i think so, i followed the official guide of zyxel support
4- yes, the paypal payment is successful

Please kindly consider to upgrade your device for PayPal hotspot feature.
For that we recommend you using USG FLEX series.
You can find specifications in the following link;

If you don’t need that advance protection, you can also consider replacing your device with either VPN or USG series.
