NBG7815 - Unable to register the product ?

Hi there,

I am not able to register my NBG7815 on
The answer is "Device not found"

Anyone able to register an Armor G5 on Zyxel websites?

    Hello Jerry, it does not work, the search device button does nothing and when registering manually, the answer is "not found" !

    When you setup your device for the first time it will redirect you to login to zyxel account.
    If setup is successful it will register your device on your account.

    I guess I am not able to find the MAC address and the Serial Number.
    So how should work the Search Devices ?
    It does nothing for me ?

    Looks like clouds are not able to register Armor devices.

    However you can download Zyxel Armor app for your smartphone if you want to manage it or something.

    Just search for "Zyxel Armor"

    The time fly but Armor G5 is still as bad as 6 monts ago !
    Still cannot be registered as a Zyxel product :)
    And the Zyxel Armor app is very useless

    The NBG6818 and NBG7815 can register on https://mycloud-sso.zyxel.com

    When login NBG6818 and NBG7815 it will register an account on the PCloud.
    You can login the device by using the PCloud account to access the device.
    The NBG6818 and NBG7815 are not able to register on https://portal.myzyxel.com/  or

    Hello Jerry,

    Unfortunatly, I cannot use the PCloud account to access the device as I had to set it in Bridge mode.
    The standard mode is too unstable and without the possibility to backup/resaure a config I prefere not use it as a router.

    Honestly, I don't understand why this Zyxel product cannot be registered with the other zyxel products on https://portal.myzyxel.com/

    The two websites belongs to different product categories and which are targeting to different users.

    So we manage licenses in different places.

    Do you know the concept of User Experience @ Zyxel ?
    Because, as a user, I don't understand what you are talking about.

    I just see that this Zyxel product cannot be registered as a Zyxel product.

    How can I use PCloud when the device is setup in Bridge mode ?
