After applying latest FW for USG60,
(1) USB logs are no longer being created nor duplicated to USB storage
(2) Unable to remove system log archives using "remove" command in maintenance-diagnostics-system log

    In the diag-info, we can see that;
    FAT-fs (sda1): error, clusters badly computed (487 != 486)
    FAT-fs (sda1): Filesystem has been set read-only”
    It is related to USB file system error. Please try it again with other USB stick.

    Welcome to Zyxel community.  :)
    Both symptoms seems USB is totally unable to be access by device
    Can you send me diag-info via private message for analyzing.
    Maybe we can see something abnormal in the diag-info.

    Diag-info collection:

    1)  Go to “MAINTENANCE > Diagnostics > Collect”, Click “Collect now”.

    It may take 5~10 minutes to collect system information.

    2) After it done, go to “Files” tab to download diag-info.

    Re-formatted USB drive, remounted & re-activated the log duplication to USB, and it is again logging as needed.  Thank you for your assistance. /Elviss
