Hello,

in my Zyxel USG60w0s log I've just found the follow row:

AP firmware download failed. Reason: Device storage is not enough..

How to fix it?

    It seems the device disk is full, can you post the command result,
    Router> show disk

    I cannot open the console because the certificate issue.

    But I've maybe found another solution, I've manual uploaded the new firmware on "Firmware Package", now I've:

    V4.15 - Running
    V4.31 - Standby

    How could I run the V4.31? I'll not lose my settings?

    Hi @Wilson_ks,
    Issue had been solved by remote checking, it is okay now.
    You can upgrade to V4.3X directly on partition 1.

    I have same problem. USG 60w -- AP Firmware download failed. Reason: Device storage is not enough..

    Auto Upgrade disabled.

    How to fix it?

    Hi @c7ic

    Can you upgrade USG firmware to 4.33WK19 first.

    ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/USG60W/firmware/433AAKZ0ITS-WK19-r88384.zip

    And try to enter this command to flush memory.

    Router> debug system _disk-cleanup


    After cleared memory, and try to download AP firmware again.
