L2TP VPN not working after upgrade to firmware v5.00

As in subject, after manual upgrade of some USG Flex 100 and 200 the previous working L2TP VPN isn't working, forcing me to downgrade to firmware v4.62.
Any helps appreciated.

Hi @Marco_Betto,

I created L2TP VPN for USG FLEX and it works normal.

Can you share some information with us;

1- Did you try to connect L2TP VPN to USG FLEX with a smartphone?

2- When connecting to L2TP VPN if it fails, can you check IKE and L2TP logs under Monitor > Log menu and share with me by private message?

3- Can you send me your device's startup-config.conf file both for v5.00 and v4.62 firmware versions by private message?

Hi

I have version V5.00(ABUI.2) / 2021-05-07 23:04:49 and I can't get the L2TP/IPSEC VPN to work. The logs do not show IKE and L2TP logs.

I need to connect by VPN windows, ios and android.

I appreciate if someone could help me.

Hi @CarlosM,

Can you share some information with us;

1- Was it working with previous firmware version?
If so, what was your USG FLEX 200's previous version?

2- Is your USG FLEX 200 behind NAT?

4- Please provide me temporarily remote limited-admin access to your USG FLEX 200 by private message.

5- For Android the settings are as in the following image:
(Settings > Network & internet > VPN > + Button)

Server Address = WAN IP of your USG FLEX 200
IPSec pre-shared key = Configuration > VPN > IPSec VPN > Authentication > Pre-Shared Key

Please provide the information above also please test with Android settings.
