I guess the reason is because Windows client password did not sync new password to your ActiveDdirectory Server, so caused password mismatch.How about sync your ActiveDdirectory user database with Windows client before build L2TP tunnel?
As your description you should already found the reason. lol0 -

Thanks for the reply.With the problem of vulnerability I have not had time to review the forum JAJAJAJA.I am going to try this option which had never worked for me.It happens to me with different devices. VPN, ATP, USG .....I keep you informed.0 -
