ZYWALL USG 50 security services licenses

My office uses a ZYWALL USG 50s and received notice that "Zyxel Security Services Are Expiring Soon". We have 15 unused licenses and all of them fail to register due to "License Key is expired". We purchased 18 licenses a few years ago and we used 3 of them successfully last year. Mahalo!

We are in Hawaii, we purchase those licenses from one of ZYXEL dealers in Ohio.0
