Is there a way to whitelist an IP on ADP ? (USG40)

I've looked online and inside the USG but couldn't find anything.

Can someone help me ?

    Currently, we do not have a whitelist for specific Source IP address on ADP.

    May I know what is the requirement to bypass ADP protection for a specific host?

    Could you provide us a screenshot of the log that is blocked by ADP?

    Sorry for the late reply.

    I needed to whitelist an IPBX installed by a fellow telephonist, just to be sure it wasnt the USG degrading the phonetraffic. As we were lending the USG to the customer for a spam issue, we just removed it (and it didn't improved the quality of the phone conversations)

    Please provide us a screenshot of the log that is blocked by ADP.

    If there are logs that blocked the traffic.

    We would like to know which category the ADP blocked.
