How to Update USG 40 from Version 4.13 to 4.60

Hello
I need to update a USG 40 from version 4.13 to version 4.60. What intermediate steps do I need to do and where do I get the firmware from. Have only found the version 4.60.

Hi @Premium

We recommend upgrade firmware one by one prevent configuration disappear risk.

You can upgrade by this step:

4.13 > 4.20 > 4.30 > 4.33 > 4.35 > 4.38 > 4.60.

I will send old firmware by private message, the others you can download them from Myzyxel.com.

It should just be possible to upgrade to V4.60 then do a reset.

Hi @adem
I have sent old firmware download link to you by private message.
In upgrade firmware case, you can backup startup-config first. And upgrade firmware to 4.65 directly. It should without problem.

Hi @Zyxel_Stanley could you help me? I have the same problem. I have this swithc 1920-24HP with firmware 4.10. I want to upgrade it to the 4.70 but I can't do it directly as I have to upgrade it step by step with the older firmwares. I can't find them anywhere. Could you help me please?
