I have tried to log on to my VMG3925-B10B router with admin/1234, admin/admin and admin/password but these are not being accepted. I have tried resetting but no luck.

Can you help?

    Hi Joanne

Have you long push the reset button until the power LED blinking red? after a factory reset, the admin password shall follow the back label value, please help to double check.
  • I had same issues. Turned out I had to run browser in incognito mode for the reset password to work.

How did you fix this? I have the same problem. and I'm wishing I hadn't reset now. I've tried 1234 (as referenced in various places), the usual admin and password options as well as the old password and nothing at all. Nothing works, which leaves me stuck unless I purchase a new router. The manual talks about a password on the router, but there's nothing there. Incognito mode doesn't work either.
