Which File to Download & Upload to Replicate Configuration?

I found this KB article on downloading configuration files:
But after reading it I am still confused. I have two USG 50s. I paid to have one of these optimized for my network (remote firewall expert). I'd like to download this configuration and upload it to other USG 50 so I have a working spare.
Which file am I downloading? Last Good or Startup or both?
