MAC Address Filtering Options for Managed WiFi not operating correctly

We have an issue regarding MAC address filtering for Wireless SSIDs on the Zyxel USG1100 .

I have configured a MAC filter list under Configuration > Object > AP Profile > SSID > MAC Filter List and added the appropriate Mac addresses and descriptions. This has been set to 'allow'.

I have then navigated to the SSID List and applied the MAC Filtering profile to the relevant SSIDs under the Mac Filtering Profile: dropdown list and pressed OK.

The MAC filtering does not seem to be working, is there any other configuration that needs to be added/ completed in order for this to work.

Anyone else come across this issue? please help!

I checked this function with official firmware 4.32 without any issue.
Here is my configuration example.
Go to MAC Filtering List, and add PC's MAC address on the deny list

Hi Charlie,

Thanks for the response. The steps that you have shown are exactly what I am doing. However, we are on Firmware Version 4.25. Would you happen to know if this is an issue that has been fixed in a later update?

We have not faced the similar situation before.
Regarding to this case,
can you update the firmware to v4.32 and also confirm the AP is on the latest firmware?

Moreover, to update AP's firmware

Go to Configuration > Wireless > Firmware.

The latest firmware version of AP is V5.00 Patch 5 _5.10(.5).
