Can't seem to download the latest firmware, can anyone provide me with a link?

Zyxel has as of yesterday made the VMG1312-B10D firmware available on their Advanced Downloads page at https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/4403361365778-Advanced-Downloads-for-CPE-devices

But the above hasn't worked properly for me in about a week. I thought my IP was being blocked, but because of your post I'm thinking maybe Zyxel changed something in their FTP servers.

Yes @Df_Wide, Zyxel FTP servers have changed recently.
- it even breaks some of the links from the Zyxel website that I have seen.

@MarkCooper, what firmware is your VMG1312-B10D on please?
- I upgraded mine to 5.13(AAAX.10)C0 last year, and it is working well, see https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/7553/vmg1312-b10d-firmware-upgrade-error

I have the firmware, but since it belongs to Zyxel I cannot supply it to you unless someone like @Zyxel_Jerry gives me permission.
