Good day ,
Please can anyone assist me i have renewed my licenses but when i want to refresh the services am getting an error message .

    Hi @EugeneKg,
    You can check device DNS resolve firstly. USG must resolve the MyZyxel cloud host name correctly when syncing license.
    DNS check

    If it is unable to resolve DNS, please check the DNS server configuration.
