I put on the same port.
NAP102 works and can get ip and surf internet.
nwa1123ac no works, cannot get ip, cannot surf internet.
Pls help troubleshoot.

Welcome to Zyxel community.
we would suggest you to use ZON to scan the device in the same subnet.
You can download our tool: Zyxel ONE Network Utility (ZON).(download link: https://www.zyxel.com/products_services/Zyxel-ONE-Network-Utility-ZON-Utility/ )
You can connect your computer directly to the switch through cable, and using ZON to see if AP get the IP address correctly.
You may provide us the screenshot result of ZON.
If your AP using Nebula mode, please enable Zyxel Support and reply us the org and site name.
