Notice Change of USG/NSG Series License Pack

Zyxel is committed to continuously enhance our products and services for the most advanced features for customers. To support field devices continuing IDP and App Patrol service while migrating to new bundled licenses, since Nov, 1, IDP and App patrol service would be offered for free till Dec, 31, 2022, a few notes for this update:

IDP and App patrol service will be freely given once the renewal license activated on your device.
The services will be shown on My Zyxel Cloud within one week after activation.
The expiration date will be either aligned with renewal 3-in-1 license or set as Dec, 31, 2022 instead.
This update will apply on USG 3-in-1 (Content Filter/Anti-Virus/SecuReporter) license and NSG 2-in-1 (Content Filter/Anti-Virus) license.

In order to fulfill your requirements beyond this service’s change, we invite you to use new cloud-based email security- Zyxel Cloud Email Security. It has more advanced service to continue delivering the highest possible level of protection.
