USG-20. Redirect VPN Client connection to a VPN site-to-site Tunnel

Hallo
I have two offices, connected by a L2TP/IpSec Tunnel made between two USG-20.
I also have some android devices, connected to "site1" via IpSec VPN.
I need to add some other devices, but the USG-20 has a limit of 10 cuncurrent L2TP connections, so I was thinking to connect those devices to "site2", an then redirec that traffic through the VPN tunnel between the two sites.
Is it possible a configuration like this?
