unable to access management url for gs1200-8 managed switch

my computer is on 192.168.212.200 when I type 192.168.1.3 nothing happens...not sure how to change it. Can you help me?

I tried and there's no internet access.My default gateway is 192.168.212.1
when I set my up to 182.168.1.10 it says it is not in the same subnet.
I had to change my subnet because I have a lab environment.
please help. I have a switch that has 50 mbps latency and trying to figure out why0 -
