Nebula license managing

Dear community good morning,

our company has recently acquired customers equipped with Nebula access points. The active licenses on these Nebula were purchased from the previous IT service provider. We would like to proceed with the transfer of the licenses to us. We would like to understand how licensing works and in particular if licenses are tied to the individual device or if they are tied to the vendor. Who can we contact to obtain this information and to be able to proceed with the purchase and activation of everything we need? Thank you for your feedback. Best regards.
