Hi I have a USG60 i have just updated my firmware to version 4.70(AAKY.0) and renewed my licences with a 3 in 1 pack. My IDP has not renewed, and is reporting it is in grace period. Please Advise - Many Thanks

Hi there, i have the same issue...any ideas? actually i have the same situation both in my USG110 and USG60.

Hi Kevin - many thanks it seams to work fine today. Please can you advise what happens to IDP after 31/120

Hi @ZacW ,
a) You need to buy a cheaper 3 in 1 package with the above article numbers, which are the ONLY packages currently, which will activate
b) and continue or enhance your IDP service, till the latest date 12/31/2022 for signature updates and continue working with freeze signatures till license expiration.
