    Hi, the same thing happens on two ATP500 in HA after firmware update from ver.5.02 to 5.21. I had ticketed this thing to Zyxel when I upgraded from 5.02 to 5.10 - I had no solution so I downgraded to 5.02.
    With firmware to ver. 5.02 same configuration, everything is back to working fine, hope this helps. Now I had to update, I upgraded to step 5.02> 5.10> 5.20> 5.21 is I'm locked again, SSL and IPSec VPN connections don't work, the interface doesn't respond and when sometimes it runs very slowly and times out. Can't downgrade to 5.02 anymore fix urgently, I have angry customers.

    As @Omnia issue has fixed by rebuild Device-HA cluster.
