it is Possible use server dhcp windows for IP of vpn users

Hello 

On my usg , it's zyxel who fix the adresse ip of vpn users, it is possible say it use the dhcp windows server to attribuate ip ?

    I think only SSL VPN can do it. 
    One user bind with one SSL VPN policy.

    Thanks, I checked and in fact I don't need to use dhcp on the server, I use RDS
